SDA 8Ziシリーズの強力なシリアル・データ解析機能を使用して設計の特性分析や検証を行えば、規格への準拠性が保証され、機器やホストがコンプライアンス・テストに合格しなかった原因を究明できます。SDA8Ziはコンプライアン・ステストはもとより、コンプライアンス・テストをパスできなかった原因の解明や、動作マージンの測定に威力を発揮します。SDA8Ziに搭載されているSDAIIは、ジッタ解析に必要な様々な情報を1,2,3,4,6,8画面に分割して表示することができます。

SDA II - 問題の検出と解析に役立つ高度なツール
フローチャート・GUI
ジッタ解析は様々な設定が必要なため、操作が煩雑になりがちですが、 SDA8Ziは信号の流れを意識したフローチャートをベースとしたGUIを採用しており、 アイパターン測定、ジッタ測定のメニューも各々独立しているるため、 直感的な操作性を実現しています。
シリアル・パターン・トリガ
SDA 8 Ziシリーズは、80ビットのシリアル・パターン・トリガが標準装備しています。 シリアル・パターン・トリガは8b10bもしくは、NRZで3.125Gbpsの信号をサポートします。 また、CDR機能を備えており、再生されたデータ/クロックを出力することもできます。
8b/10bデコーダー
レクロイの8b/10bシリアル・デコード・オプションには強力な検索機能があり、 捕捉した波形データの中からユーザが定義したシンボル・シーケンスを取り出すことができます。 マルチレーン解析では同時に捕捉した最高4個のレーンをデコードできます。プロトコルとして、PCIe、PCIe 2.0、SAS、SATA、XAUI、汎用8b10b、またはユーザ定義の8b10bを選択できます。
イコライザ・エミュレーション
ISI補償用のイコライザや、コンプライアンステスト等で用いるCTLEをエミュレーションすることができます。 このイコライザエミュレーション機能はオシロスコープの内部に完全に統合されており、 簡単に設定することができる上に、ジッタ解析機能と自由に組合わせることができます。
ISIプロット
ISIプロットは、ISIの影響を測定するための業界最高のツールです。 DDjのみのEYEパターンを表示し、EYEを歪める原因のデータ・パターンを見つけることができます。 このツールは通信状態の信号からもDDjを測定できるため、デバッグに最も適したツールです。

ケーブル・ディエンベディット
高ビットレートの信号品質測定では、ケーブルの影響により測定結果が本来の信号品質と異なる場合があります。SDA8ZiではCable De-Embedded機能により、各ch入力のケーブルの影響を補正することができるため、測定精度を向上させることができます。
