TriggerScan

TriggerScanは、高速ハードウェア・ トリガ機能で目的の信号のみを捕捉してパーシスタンス表示することで、他の方法の100倍もの速さで問題の答を発見できます。従来の高速ディスプレイ更新モードは、遅いエッジ速度で頻繁に発生するイベン トに最適ですが、TriggerScanは早いエッジ速度で不定期に発生するイベントの検出に優れています。ハードウェア・トリガは希にしか起きないイベントだけを捕捉するので、TriggerScanは単純な表示技術に比べて、より効果的にすばやく異常なイベン トを検出します。

シーケンス・モードでロング・メモリおよびスマート・トリガ機能を拡張

シーケンス・モードを使用すると、最大10,000個のイベントを「セグメント」としてオシロスコープのメモリに保存で きます。これは短時間に連続する多数の 高速パルスを捕捉したり(トリガの繰り 返し時間が最も重要な場合)、長時間に 時折発生するイベントの捕捉(最長捕捉 時間が最も重要な場合)に理想的です。シーケンス・モードでは、4チャンネルを同時に捕捉して、捕捉を実行するたび にタイムスタンプ(1nsの分解能)が付きます。デッド・タイムが最小限に抑え られ(800ns以下)、セグメント化され た捕捉データは様々な方法で表示および 解析できます。シーケンス・モードと高度なトリガを組み合わせて希なイベントを分離し、数時間または数日単位ですべてのイベントを 捕捉してから、各イベントを表示および 解析します。
