SDA 7 Zi 시리즈

뛰어난 시리얼 데이터 분석이 컴플라이언스 테스트는 물론이고 디바이스 또는 호스트가 왜 컴플라이언스에서 실패했는지, 디자인의 특성 파악 및 이해를 도와줍니다. SDA의 요약보기에서는 아이다이어그램, TIE, BathTub 커브 및 지터 히스토그램 4가지를 항상 보여줍니다. 다른 어떠한 분석기에서도 실시간으로 변화되는 입력신호에 대해 4가지 결과가 변환되는 상호 관련성을 보여줄 수 없습니다. X-Stream II 기술이 빠른 업데이트와 아이 분석을 빠르게 수행합니다. 고속 시리얼 트리거는 최고 2.7 Gb/s 속도에서 80비트 패턴 트리거가 가능합니다. 통계 기반의 지터 측정을 제공합니다. 256M의 가장 긴 메모리와 X-Stream II 기술을 통해 가장 짧은 시간안에 지터 브레이크다운과 빠른 결과를 얻어낼 수 있습니다.

컴플라이언스 테스트 소프트웨어 QualiPHY는 광범위한 시리얼 데이터 컴플라이언스 테스팅을 수행하도록 모든 측정 과정을 그림으로 안내하여 쉽게 테스팅을 수행하는 기능을 제공합니다. 빠른 자동 테스트와 연결 다이어그램과 지시 사항을 제공하여 전체과정을 매우 간단하게 안내하고 있습니다. 테스트가 완료되면 테스트 결과가 보고서로 제공되며, 패일이 발생하는 경우 진행과정에서 디버깅 프로세스로 진입할 수 있는 기능을 가지고 있습니다.

아이 패턴 실패의 경우 또는 다른 컴플라이언스 테스트 실패에서도 SDA 시리즈는 해당 부분으로 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 툴을 제공하고 있습니다. 빠르게 귀하의 디자인에서 문제를 발생시긴 소스를 찾아냅니다. 8b/10b 디코드, 마스크 바이올레이션 로케이터, ISI 플롯, 스프레드 스펙트럼 클럭 분석 등의 추가적인 분석에 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다. Cable DeEmbedded 기능은 케이블의 형식에 따른 S-Parameter 값을 삽입하여 케이블의 효과를 조절하는 기능입니다. 결과적으로 신호 자체의 실재 상승시간, 진폭 등을 케이블의 특성을 제거한 상태에서 측정할 수 있습니다. SDA는 컴플라이언스 실패의 이벤트에서 디자인의 특성을 이해할 수 있도록 유연한 연산 기능을 사용합니다.

SDA 7 Zi 시리즈는 80-비트 패턴 트리거 기능이 기본적으로 탑재되어 있습니다. SDA 760Zi와 SDA 740Zi의 고속 패턴 트리거 옵션은 최대 2.7Gbps의 속도를 지원하며, SDA735Zi, SDA725Zi는 패턴 트리거를 1.25Gbps의 속도까지 지원합니다. 두 가지의 속도 모두 오실로스코프 전면에서 복원 클럭과 데이터 출력 포트를 제공합니다.

르크로이 8b/10b 시리얼 디코드 옵션은 아주 강력한 검색 기능을 가지고 있으며 사용자가 정의한 심볼 순서와 값을 가진 파형을 검색할 수 있습니다. 동시에 4개의 레인 신호를 포착하고 멀티 디코딩이 가능합니다.

르크로이의 긴 포착 메모리와 빠른 샘플링 속도는 스프레드 스펙트럼 클럭 방식을 이용하여 전송되는 데이터의 미세한 부분을 관측하는 데 아주 이상적입니다. 최근에는 33KHz의 낮은 모듈레이션 주파수와 낮은 노이즈가 포함된 스프레드 스펙트럼 방식을 디자인에 사용하고 있습니다. 포착된 메모리 데이터를 모두 빠르게 사용하여 모듈레이션 효과를 관측할 수 있습니다.

마스크 실패는 분석에 사용된 데이터가 어디에서 어떻게 마스크의 경계를 침범하였는지를 식별할 수 있도록 표시합니다. 사용자는 초기 실패때의 저장된 파형을 불러낼 수 있습니다. 실재 비트 데이터 또한 식별할 수 있으며, 어떠한 ISI 문제도 바로 찾아 낼 수 있습니다. 곧바로 다음 침범 위치로 이동하거나 저장되어있는 어떠한 위치로도 이동이 가능합니다.

ISI 플롯은 비트 길이의 두 번째부터 마지막 비트의 데이터 패턴이 아이 패턴에 주는 지터의 영향을 관측하는 모드로 비트는 3부터 10까지 설정이 가능합니다. 이 플롯은 일정한 반복 패턴이 필요 없는 데이터의 패턴에 따른 지터를 측정하여 플롯팅합니다.
