GPIB PC Card Interface
Spectrum Analysis

LEADING FEATURES

  • GPIB (IEEE 488) interface plugs in the rear PC card

  • Combination package includes one GPIB cable and
    FFT Spectrum Analysis

  • FFT displays power spectrum of 1024 or
    4096 data points

  • Windows include Rectangular, Hanning,
    and Flat Top

  • Reposition and magnify the frequency and
amplitude views of the FFT independently

  • Use cursors to readout FFT frequency and
amplitude in dBm including absolute and
    delta measurements

  • Save FFT results to floppy disk and PC card
    including frequency and amplitude
    for each data point

GPIB Control Option
GPIB remote capability is now an option for users of the Literunner scope, offering greater functionality and ease of use. The GPIB option is a package which includes an IEEE 488 GPIB interface card and cable with GPIB connector, as well as the FFT spectrum analyzer software package. The GPIB-FFT option makes it simple for users to CAPTURE-VIEW-ANALYZE signals in the time and frequency domains. FFT analysis is also available as a stand-alone option.

Simple Setup
Select one of the three standard FFT windows: Rectangular, Hanning (for frequency
analysis), or Flat Top (for amplitude analysis). Users can also independently reposition and magnify the frequency and amplitude views of the FFT.

Capture and View
Choose to perform the FFT at either 1,024 acquisition points or 4,096 datapoints. With 1,024 points the FFT is updated and displayed each time a trigger occurs. At 4,096 points, press Stop/Run to stop acquiring and display the FFT. The relevant frequency and amplitude setting information is displayed on screen.

Cursor Measurements
The cursors are used to measure absolute as well as relative differences in frequency and level in dBm, and are easily accessible from the Literunner scope’s front panel.

Document
Store the image to a floppy disk PC card, or export the frequency and amplitude of
each data point to a file in comma-delimited format for import into spreadsheet applications.
